How It Works
Our order process is designed to keep everything simple, clear, and personalized from start to finish. These steps help ensure your bouquet is created exactly how you want it while providing the best experience possible throughout the ordering process.
Step One - Submit Your Order Request
Complete the custom order form with your bouquet details and customizations.
Step Two - Deposit & Design Consultation
Once your deposit is received, we will personally go over all details with you to make sure your bouquet is customized exactly how you envisioned it.
Step Three - Bouquet Creation & Approval
Your arrangement will be handcrafted with care, and a confirmation photo will be sent once your bouquet is complete.
Step Four - Final Payment & Pickup/Delivery
The remaining balance is due after approval of the completed bouquet and before pickup or delivery arrangements are finalized. Once final payment is received, pickup details or local delivery arrangements will be confirmed.
